Shipping
- Products offered at this site are available for delivery within Israel only. For shipping rates sent outside of Israel, please contact us.
- Orders are processed Sunday through Thursday. In stock items will be shipped within five business days. You will be contacted by e-mail if your order cannot be filled completely within ten days.
- It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide us with a correct address. If a package returns due to mistakes or an incomplete address charges will be for the customer. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you through email. Please make sure that your email address is valid and entered correctly, we cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your messages.
- If we need to send a package after it has returned to us the following fees apply:
- We offer two shipping options:
- Registered Mail
Products are shipped via Israel Postal Authority Registered Mail, which should take 2-3 business days for delivery to the postal office closest to your address, where you can pick up your package. Please bring a valid ID to the Post Office. If requested we provide you with a tracking number for your package. You can use the tracking number to track a package though the website of the Israel Postal Authority Item Trace on www.postil.com . It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pick up the package from the post office. If the package is not picked up it will be returned to us and the re-sending fee (see below) will apply.
- Courier
We use the Fast Express Service, by means of a special Postal Authority messenger. The service is not available for addressees in military units. We do not ship by courier to addresses that are located outside the green line. Packages to these addresses can be sent trough registered mail only.
The following extra costs apply for the courier service:
- Customer Pickup
It is also possible to pickup your order at our office, contact us to schedule a pickup time. Pickup of products is not possible without a prior appointment.
Availability: The Sm@rtCom warehouses usually have all the products in stock. However the company keeps the right to inform you, within two working days, in case that the item you have chosen is out of stock. We will notify you how long it will take to get it back to stock and ask you if you want to wait and buy the product. On all orders Surowicz Marketing LTD reserves the right to limit quantities.
Liability: We shall not be liable for delays in delivery or for failure to perform due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the seller. We are not liable for loss of revenue due to delays in delivery or for delivery of incomplete/defective merchandise.
Returns
Satisfaction Guaranteed: We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
- Products may be returned for a full refund of purchase price or exchange provided your request is made within 30 days of the invoice ship date.
- Returns must be in new condition (no signs of wear or use), must include original packaging, all documentation, original invoice, software, drivers, etc...
- Returns that are not in like new condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Product(s) that shipped with no shipping charge "free shipping" is valid with completion of purchase only. Outbound shipping will be deducted from the refund if the item(s) that shipped free are returned.
- Customer is liable for shipping charges on returns.
- Refund is paid in the same manner as original purchase; i.e. if paid by credit card, the cc will be credited.
Defective Merchandise:
- All shortcomings, discrepancies, short-shipment etc. should be brought to the notice of Surowicz Marketing LTD. within a period of 14 days from the date of the receipt.
- Defective merchandise will be exchanged at no charge within 14 days of purchase.
- After 14 days, defective merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer under warranty terms. All products have one year warranty. Click here to see our warranty certificate.
- Customer return shipping charges are refundable after product has been tested and varied to be defective.
Damaged Merchandise:
- If your product is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately upon arrival.
- Customer return shipping charges are refundable on damaged product.
Non-refundable:
- Closeout/clearance items are not returnable unless defective. Defective product will be replaced.
- Service & installation charges are non refundable.
- Shipping costs are non refundable. Product(s) that shipped with no shipping charge "free shipping" is valid with completion of purchase only. Outbound shipping will be deducted from the refund if the item(s) that shipped free are returned.
Return Procedure:
- Please fill out an RMA form on this website (describe the problem clearly) and wait to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Send the product back to us by registered mail with the RMA number and a copy of the invoice inside the package.
- After RMA# is issued please return the product with a traceable carrier.
- Ship your return in the original or similar type of packaging (do not print or apply labels to the product box).
- Please be sure to include all accessories including software and hardware in its original condition/packing.
- The RMA number is valid for only 30 days from the date issued. A new RMA number is required if period exceeds 30 days.
- The RMA number is valid only for items originally listed in the request forms. The items are tested only for the problems listed in the RMA form, so please describe the problem clearly.
- Returning items without a Return Merchandise Authorization form and number will be refused.
PLEASE NOTE: For technical issues we suggest you check/contact our technical support. You may be able to resolve your problem. We also recommend that when adding new software or audio hardware to your system; check the manufacturer’s requirements and system compatibilities.

We do not accept liability for published errors (including sale price, free products, bundled products, manufactures specifications, product images, and rebates). Prices are subject to change without notice, including back-ordered items.
This policy was modified on January 1, 2006. This policy may be revised over time as new features are added to the web site. We will post our new return policy along with the date of its last revision. This policy supersedes all previous policies.
